Crazy New Years Eve.

New Years Eve is such a fun night all over the world. Tons of great parties, lots of love, and a bunch of celebration! But I've never been the one to go out and party, so when New Years Eve rolls around I always plan a good old fashioned party at home! This year James and I decided to throw a little party for his brothers.

I'm a HUGE planner, so knowing about this I got very excited. The day before I went and bought lots of food and lots of decorations just for the occasion. {I even went shopping by myself. Which never happens.} Then I spent the whole day of preparing lots of desserts, dips, and decorating the house!

My favorite part was these glow in the dark tie-dye-ish balloons. We had an absolute blast with them.

Me & James littlest brother, B, liked throwing them all up in the air at the same time and hitting each other with them.

They also made a cute prop for this picture with some sweet friends that came over! So glad Kaitlyn (left) and Mackinsey (middle) could make an appearance!

Kaitlyn and I took a picture exactly like this on New Years Eve last year! We tried to get it EXACTLY right.

I think we did a pretty awesome job!

James and I took a cute picture showing the clock at 12:00 last year too, so we obviously had to remake it!

My sweet pups were in the spirit of New Years too! Hunter (left) didn't like the hat as much as Remington (right) did!

We stayed up long enough to watch the ball drop in New York on "Rockin' Eve" but that was about as late as we could go. Being in Kentucky, we still had a whole hour until it was actually midnight. Poor James couldn't hang with us, but that's probably because he had been at work since 3:00 am.

All in all, I'd say my New Years Eve spent with my sleepy family is all I could ask for. I was surrounded by love and that's the best way I can think of to ring in the new year! I hope y'all had a fun night. Guess what... ITS 2016!!! I hope y'all have a blessed year.

Xoxo.
